Pick Fiverr if you want to compare many independent writers yourself, buy a defined package and keep the selection and briefing in your own hands.
Pick Wise Mango if you want the process agreed in a written proposal, a voice guide built from live calls, and a named writer accountable for the work, rather than assembling that yourself from a listing.
