LinkedIn ghostwriter for consultants

Make the method visible, so buyers understand what they are hiring before the first call.

Wise Mango writes LinkedIn content for independent consultants whose expertise is the product and whose profile has to sell it. Shruti Kaushik interviews you on how you diagnose, advise and deliver, drafts to a written voice guide, edits every piece and sends it to you for an accuracy check before you publish. Two 60-minute discovery calls start the engagement; pricing is shared on a call.

What LinkedIn has to do for independent consultants

A consultant is hired for judgement, and judgement is hard to show on a profile that lists past employers and a tagline. Buyers want to see how you think about their problem before they pay for an hour of it. The posts have to demonstrate the method, not describe the credentials.

The second job is narrowing. Most consultants can do more than they should advertise. A profile that says "strategy, operations and transformation" attracts nothing. One that shows a specific kind of problem being worked through attracts the people who have that problem.

What changes in the process

The discovery calls spend time on positioning before voice: which problem, for which kind of client, and what you believe about it that most of your peers do not. Interviews then draw out worked examples, with client identities protected unless you have permission to use them. Proof comes from the reasoning in the example, which a reader can test against their own situation, rather than from claimed outcomes.

Posts are written to make the reader feel diagnosed. Frameworks are used sparingly and only where you actually use them with clients. Where a piece is long enough to become a resource, Wise Mango can turn it into a lead magnet or newsletter issue, which is agreed in the proposal rather than assumed.

Three sample topic angles

  1. The question I ask in every first meeting. Why that question, what the answers reveal, and what you do with them.
  2. A diagnosis the client did not expect. What they thought the problem was, what it turned out to be, and how you found out.
  3. When not to hire a consultant. The situations where you tell people to do it themselves, and what that signals.

These are starting points, not a content calendar. The real list comes out of the interviews, and nothing is published that you cannot stand behind.

How the engagement runs

  1. Two discovery calls, 60 minutes each. Business context, who you need to reach, the point of view you should be known for, and how you sound when you talk about your work. These produce a written voice guide.
  2. A written proposal. Deliverables, review rounds, responsibilities, fees and exclusions, in writing before you commit. Pricing is shared on a call, not on this page.
  3. Interviews, then drafts. Each cycle opens with a short conversation and closes with drafts matched to the voice guide. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits; AI supports the drafting where it saves time; a human editor reads every piece.
  4. Your approval. You check every fact and approve every piece before it is published. You publish from your own account. Wise Mango never asks for your LinkedIn login.

Wise Mango works remotely with clients worldwide. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised; progress is reviewed against measures agreed with you.

A free resource whichever route you take: the Klype post checker, built by the same founder, flags unsupported claims, invented stories and machine-writing patterns in any LinkedIn draft, with no sign-up.

Common questions

I do not want to give away my method for free. How does this work?

Posts show how you think about a problem, not the full delivery. Readers who can do it from a post were never going to hire you; the ones who hire you want the judgement applied to their case.

Can I use client examples?

Only with permission, and only facts you can show. Otherwise the situation is described without identifying the client. The voice guide records which examples are cleared for use.

How is this different from writing it myself?

You still supply the thinking, in interviews. Wise Mango supplies the structure, the drafting and the editing, and the discipline of a regular cycle. You check every fact and approve every piece.

Who writes the content?

Shruti Kaushik writes and edits. AI supports drafting; a human editor reads every piece; you approve before publishing from your own account.
