LinkedIn ghostwriter for real estate professionals

For brokers, developers and proptech founders whose clients make decisions on LinkedIn, not on listing sites.

Wise Mango writes LinkedIn content for commercial real estate brokers, developers, investment managers and proptech founders who sell to businesses and investors rather than to home buyers. Shruti Kaushik interviews you on how deals, markets and buildings actually work, drafts to a written voice guide, edits every piece and sends it to you for an accuracy check before you publish. Two 60-minute discovery calls start the engagement; pricing is shared on a call.

What LinkedIn has to do for real estate professionals

In commercial and institutional real estate the client is a company, a fund or a board, and the decision is made by people who read LinkedIn for market judgement. They want to know whether you understand the submarket, whether you can read a lease or a deal structure, and whether you will tell them something they do not want to hear. Listings and "just closed" posts do not answer any of that.

The profile has to carry a point of view on the market, show how you advise, and stay inside the rules on confidentiality that deals impose. For developers and proptech founders the job is similar: explain the thinking behind the project or the product, not the brochure.

What changes in the process

The voice guide excludes live deals, confidential terms, client identities without permission, and any figure you cannot show. Interviews then draw on how you read a market, the questions you ask a client before advising, the structure of a decision you helped a client make, and what you think most people in your segment get wrong. Where you must comply with licensing or advertising rules in your jurisdiction, those are recorded and respected; your sign-off is final.

Posts are written in the language of the client, which in this market is finance and operations rather than property marketing. Where a topic is better as a longer piece, such as how to read a particular lease clause or how a development decision was made, it is drafted as an article or resource, agreed in the proposal.

Three sample topic angles

  1. How I read a submarket before advising a client. The three things you look at first and the one most people skip.
  2. The clause that costs tenants the most. Stated generally, with the question a tenant should ask before signing.
  3. A deal we advised a client not to do. Described without identifying anyone, with the reasoning that applied.

These are starting points, not a content calendar. The real list comes out of the interviews, and nothing is published that you cannot stand behind.

How the engagement runs

  1. Two discovery calls, 60 minutes each. Business context, who you need to reach, the point of view you should be known for, and how you sound when you talk about your work. These produce a written voice guide.
  2. A written proposal. Deliverables, review rounds, responsibilities, fees and exclusions, in writing before you commit. Pricing is shared on a call, not on this page.
  3. Interviews, then drafts. Each cycle opens with a short conversation and closes with drafts matched to the voice guide. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits; AI supports the drafting where it saves time; a human editor reads every piece.
  4. Your approval. You check every fact and approve every piece before it is published. You publish from your own account. Wise Mango never asks for your LinkedIn login.

Wise Mango works remotely with clients worldwide. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised; progress is reviewed against measures agreed with you.

A free resource whichever route you take: the Klype post checker, built by the same founder, flags unsupported claims, invented stories and machine-writing patterns in any LinkedIn draft, with no sign-up.

Common questions

Do you write for residential agents?

The service is built for commercial, institutional and proptech audiences, where the client is a business or investor. Residential agents selling to consumers are usually better served by other formats.

Can you post our listings or closed deals?

Listings belong on the company page. Closed deals are mentioned only with client permission and only in terms you can show, and the voice guide records that rule.

How is deal confidentiality handled?

Live deals, confidential terms and client identities are excluded unless you have permission. Content is built from how you work and what you see in the market. You approve every piece.

Who writes the content?

Shruti Kaushik writes and edits the work. AI supports drafting; a human editor reads every piece; you approve before publishing from your own account.
