LinkedIn ghostwriter for recruiters

A profile that reads as market insight rather than a job board, for the candidates and clients who ignore job ads.

Updated 9 October 20265 min read

Wise Mango writes LinkedIn content for recruiters, executive search consultants and staffing founders who want their profile to attract clients and senior candidates rather than to repost vacancies. Shruti Kaushik interviews you on what you see in your market, drafts to a written voice guide, edits every piece and sends it to you for an accuracy check before you publish. Two 60-minute discovery calls start the engagement; pricing is shared on a call.

What LinkedIn has to do for recruiters

Recruiters live on LinkedIn, which is the problem: the audience has learned to ignore them. Senior candidates skip job posts and hiring managers skip "I am hiring" updates. What they do read is market insight from someone who talks to fifty people a week in their field: what roles are being created, what compensation is doing, what interviews are testing for, why offers are being declined.

The profile has to show that you know the market from the inside, that you can be trusted with a confidential conversation, and that you have a point of view on how hiring should be done. Vacancy reposts do none of that.

What changes in the process

The voice guide excludes anything that identifies a candidate, a client or a live search, and any placement figure you cannot show. Interviews then draw on the aggregate: patterns across searches, questions candidates keep asking, what clients get wrong in briefs, what a good process looks like. Each post is written so that a candidate learns something and a client sees how you work.

Where you have a niche, by function, sector or seniority, the content stays inside it, because that is what makes a recruiter worth following. Posts are kept short and specific; a recruiter's audience is scrolling between meetings. Where a topic deserves depth, such as a compensation pattern, it becomes an article or a resource, agreed in the proposal.

Three sample topic angles

  1. Why offers are being declined in my market. The pattern you are seeing and what it tells hiring managers.
  2. What a good brief contains. The questions you ask a client before starting a search and the answers that predict a failed one.
  3. What interviews are testing for now. A shift you have noticed in what clients screen for, and how candidates should prepare.

These are starting points, not a content calendar. The real list comes out of the interviews, and nothing is published that you cannot stand behind.

How the engagement runs

  1. Two discovery calls, 60 minutes each. Business context, who you need to reach, the point of view you should be known for, and how you sound when you talk about your work. These produce a written voice guide.
  2. A written proposal. Deliverables, review rounds, responsibilities, fees and exclusions, in writing before you commit. Pricing is shared on a call, not on this page.
  3. Interviews, then drafts. Each cycle opens with a short conversation and closes with drafts matched to the voice guide. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits; AI supports the drafting where it saves time; a human editor reads every piece.
  4. Your approval. You check every fact and approve every piece before it is published. You publish from your own account. Wise Mango never asks for your LinkedIn login.

Wise Mango works remotely with clients worldwide. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised; progress is reviewed against measures agreed with you.

A free resource whichever route you take: the Klype post checker, built by the same founder, flags unsupported claims, invented stories and machine-writing patterns in any LinkedIn draft, with no sign-up.

Common questions

Will you repost our vacancies?

No. Job posts belong on the company page or the job board. Your profile is for market insight, and the two are kept separate in the voice guide.

How is candidate and client confidentiality handled?

Nothing that identifies a candidate, client or live search is used. Content is built from patterns across many conversations, and you approve every piece.

Can you write for several consultants in my firm?

Each person needs their own discovery calls and voice guide. Scope for more than one voice is set in the written proposal.

Who writes the content?

Shruti Kaushik writes and edits the work. AI supports drafting; a human editor reads every piece; you approve before publishing from your own account.
