Wise Mango is a founder-led LinkedIn ghostwriting studio run from India by Shruti Kaushik. It has no office, staff or local presence in Auckland and works with founders there remotely, on video and by email. It is written for Auckland founders in software, agritech, marine and fintech who sell from a small domestic base to Australia, the US and Europe. Content is interviewed out of you, drafted to a written voice guide, edited by a person and approved by you before you publish. Engagements start with two 60-minute discovery calls; pricing is shared on a call.
A studio in India, working with Auckland
Auckland is among the furthest places from India in time, six and a half to seven and a half hours ahead, so the shared window is the New Zealand late afternoon and the Indian morning. Shruti interviews you on video then, and drafts are waiting at the start of your next day. There is no Auckland office.
Time zones and call windows
Auckland is on New Zealand Standard Time (UTC+12) under standard time and New Zealand Daylight Time (UTC+13) under daylight saving. India is 6 hours 30 minutes behind under standard time, when calls fit 15:00 to 19:00 local (08:30 to 12:30 India time). Under daylight saving India is 7 hours 30 minutes behind, and calls fit 16:00 to 19:00 local (08:30 to 11:30 India time).
The window is short, so calls are prepared in advance and kept to a single focus. Everything else, including drafts, comments and approvals, runs by email so that you are not asked to meet outside it.
The local B2B scene
Auckland is New Zealand's largest city and the base of much of its software, agritech, marine and professional services sector. Rocket Lab, founded in New Zealand, is a well-known export success. Local founders typically target Australia first, then the US, so the audience that matters is often offshore.
What founders post about
Auckland founders write about exporting from a small market, scaling a team across time zones, selling to Australian and US customers and what running a business far from your buyers teaches. Straight accounts of what it cost to reach a first overseas customer do well.
Language on LinkedIn
English, te reo Maori and New Zealand Sign Language are New Zealand's official languages. English is the working language of business and LinkedIn. New Zealand English follows British spelling. Wise Mango writes in English only and does not write in te reo Maori.

What local buyers expect
New Zealand buyers value modesty, honesty and people who keep their word. Self-congratulation is poorly received, and a post that credits the team and states a result plainly lands better. Offshore buyers reading a New Zealand founder want proof that distance will not slow delivery.
How the engagement runs
Because the call window is narrow, Auckland engagements are structured so that one fixed weekly slot carries everything that needs a live conversation, and a shared document carries the rest.
The process is the same wherever you are. Two 60-minute discovery calls, on video, establish business context, audience and voice and produce a written voice guide. A written proposal sets out deliverables, review rounds and responsibilities; pricing is shared on a call. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits, AI supports drafting where it saves time, a human editor reads every piece, and you approve before publishing from your own account. Drafts are written in English. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised.
