LinkedIn ghostwriting in Germany

Remote LinkedIn ghostwriting for founders across Germany, from Berlin and Munich to Hamburg, Frankfurt and Cologne.

Updated 5 November 20264 min read

Wise Mango is a founder-led LinkedIn ghostwriting studio run from India by Shruti Kaushik. It has no office, staff or local presence in Germany and works with founders there remotely, on video and by email. It is written for founders and executives across Germany, from Berlin startups to Mittelstand family firms, who want English-language reach. Content is interviewed out of you, drafted to a written voice guide, edited by a person and approved by you before you publish. Engagements start with two 60-minute discovery calls; pricing is shared on a call.

A studio in India, working with Germany

Germany has one time zone, so one slot works everywhere from Hamburg to Munich. Shruti interviews you on video in your afternoon and sends English drafts for your next morning. Wise Mango has no German entity and no German-speaking staff.

Time zones and call windows

Germany is on Central European Time (UTC+1) under standard time and Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) under daylight saving. India is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead under standard time, when calls fit 08:30 to 17:30 local (13:00 to 22:00 India time). Under daylight saving India is 3 hours 30 minutes ahead, and calls fit 08:30 to 18:30 local (12:00 to 22:00 India time).

Germany's overlap with India is wide, and German calendars are planned well ahead, so the weekly slot is usually fixed for a quarter at a time.

The local B2B scene

Germany's B2B economy is regional: Berlin for startups, Munich for software and industry, Hamburg for logistics and media, Frankfurt for finance and Cologne and Dusseldorf for services and industrial buyers. The Mittelstand, the mid-sized family-owned manufacturers that drive exports, is a large and often invisible customer group.

What founders post about

German founders tend to write about selling into industrial customers, export growth, data protection, skilled-staff shortages and the work of digital change in long-established firms. Posts that credit engineering rigour are well received.

Language on LinkedIn

German is the national language, and for the Mittelstand and the public sector it is the default. English is common in startups and with international buyers. German commercial profiles may also be expected to carry a legal notice, the Impressum, so take German legal advice on your profile. Wise Mango writes in English only.

What local buyers expect

German buyers value thoroughness, reliability, data protection and clear documentation. Procurement can be slow, and consensus matters. Posts that explain methods, standards and certifications build trust, and exaggerated claims are quickly dismissed.

How the engagement runs

Founders who want to reach both English-speaking international buyers and German-speaking customers can plan two tracks, English posts drafted by Shruti and German adaptations by an editor of your choice from the approved text.

The process is the same wherever you are. Two 60-minute discovery calls, on video, establish business context, audience and voice and produce a written voice guide. A written proposal sets out deliverables, review rounds and responsibilities; pricing is shared on a call. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits, AI supports drafting where it saves time, a human editor reads every piece, and you approve before publishing from your own account. Drafts are written in English. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised.
