LinkedIn ghostwriting in the Nordics

Remote LinkedIn ghostwriting for founders in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

Updated 5 November 20264 min read

Wise Mango is a founder-led LinkedIn ghostwriting studio run from India by Shruti Kaushik. It has no office, staff or local presence in the Nordics and works with founders there remotely, on video and by email. It is written for founders in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland who want clear, modest, English-language posts for a global audience. Content is interviewed out of you, drafted to a written voice guide, edited by a person and approved by you before you publish. Engagements start with two 60-minute discovery calls; pricing is shared on a call.

A studio in India, working with the Nordics

The four countries cover two time zones, so the call windows differ slightly between Finland and the others. Shruti interviews you on video in the Nordic afternoon and sends English drafts for your next morning. Wise Mango has no Nordic office or entity.

Time zones and call windows

Sweden, Denmark and Norway is on Central European Time (UTC+1) under standard time and Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) under daylight saving. India is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead under standard time, when calls fit 08:30 to 17:30 local (13:00 to 22:00 India time). Under daylight saving India is 3 hours 30 minutes ahead, and calls fit 08:30 to 18:30 local (12:00 to 22:00 India time).

Finland is on Eastern European Time (UTC+2) under standard time and Eastern European Summer Time (UTC+3) under daylight saving. India is 3 hours 30 minutes ahead under standard time, when calls fit 08:30 to 18:30 local (12:00 to 22:00 India time). Under daylight saving India is 2 hours 30 minutes ahead, and calls fit 08:30 to 19:00 local (11:00 to 21:30 India time).

Nordic office days are short and often end around four or five in the afternoon. Calls are therefore kept within the early and middle afternoon, and everything else moves by email.

The local B2B scene

The Nordic region has produced a large number of global software companies for its population, including Spotify, Klarna, Zendesk, Unity, Kahoot!, Supercell and Wolt, alongside strengths in energy, maritime, life sciences and cleantech. Founders in the four countries often start international from the beginning because the home markets are small.

What founders post about

Nordic founders write about building global products from small markets, flat organisations, trust-based management, sustainability and exporting. Posts credit teams and customers and avoid superlatives, which is the register the region's readers expect.

Language on LinkedIn

Swedish, Danish and Norwegian are closely related and largely mutually intelligible, while Finnish is unrelated to them. English is widely used in business throughout the region, and B2B posts for international buyers are in English. Wise Mango writes in English only.

What local buyers expect

Nordic buyers favour humility, consensus, transparency and sustainability. Self-promotion is discouraged by social codes such as the Law of Jante, and the strongest posts describe what was learned. Buyers also check claims, and an environmental statement without evidence is counted against you.

How the engagement runs

Founders in the region often prefer a light rhythm of one or two posts a week and a short approval path. The proposal sets this out, and the content map records which topics belong to which country, so Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish readers each see relevant examples.

The process is the same wherever you are. Two 60-minute discovery calls, on video, establish business context, audience and voice and produce a written voice guide. A written proposal sets out deliverables, review rounds and responsibilities; pricing is shared on a call. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits, AI supports drafting where it saves time, a human editor reads every piece, and you approve before publishing from your own account. Drafts are written in English. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised.
