Updated 9 October 20264 min read

Wise Mango is a founder-led LinkedIn ghostwriting studio run from India by Shruti Kaushik, working remotely with founders, executives and specialists in Mumbai and worldwide. Calls are on video in the same time zone; content is interviewed out of you, drafted to a written voice guide, edited by a person and approved by you before you publish. Engagements start with two 60-minute discovery calls; pricing and invoicing are arranged on the call.

A studio in India, working with Mumbai

Wise Mango is run from India by its founder, Shruti Kaushik, and works remotely with clients worldwide. There is no Mumbai office and no local team; what you get is the founder herself, on video, writing and editing your content. This page is for founders, executives and specialists in Mumbai who want to know how that works in practice before booking a call.

Wise Mango is run from India, in the same time zone as Mumbai, and works with Mumbai clients remotely, on video and by email. There is no Mumbai office. You work directly with the founder, who follows the same markets and the same business press as you do.

Time zones and call windows

India runs on IST, UTC+5:30, all year. Mumbai is on IST as well, so there is no conversion to make.

Typical call windows are 10:00 to 18:00 IST on weekdays, with earlier or later slots agreed where your schedule needs them.

Discovery calls are 60 minutes and interviews are short, so one agreed window a week usually covers everything. Drafts and approvals move by email and shared documents, so most of the work does not depend on overlap at all.

What the Mumbai market means for your posts

Mumbai's LinkedIn audience is weighted towards finance, capital markets, media, consumer businesses, family-owned groups and the professional services that serve them. It is a market where credentials and relationships carry weight, and where senior readers are quick to notice an inflated claim. Posts written for Mumbai do well when they show judgement about money, markets and operations in plain, confident language.

Two practical points. Many Mumbai readers are in regulated or listed environments, so the voice guide records what cannot be said about deals, numbers and clients, and approval can include your compliance or communications team. And because many Mumbai firms sell nationally and internationally, posts are written to be read by a buyer in Delhi or Singapore as easily as one in Bandra Kurla Complex.

How the engagement runs

The process is the same wherever you are. Two 60-minute discovery calls, on video, establish business context, audience and voice and produce a written voice guide. A written proposal sets out deliverables, review rounds, responsibilities, fees and exclusions; pricing is shared on a call, and invoicing is arranged on the call. Each cycle then runs as a short interview followed by drafts. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits, AI supports drafting where it saves time, a human editor reads every piece, and you approve before publishing from your own account. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised.

A free resource whichever route you take: the Klype post checker, built by the same founder, flags unsupported claims, invented stories and machine-writing patterns in any LinkedIn draft, with no sign-up.

Common questions

Can we meet in person in Mumbai?

Wise Mango works remotely, on video and by email, including with Mumbai clients. Occasional in-person meetings can be discussed on the call, but they are not part of the standard engagement.

I work in a regulated firm. Can you handle compliance review?

Yes. The voice guide records what cannot be said, and compliance or communications sign-off is added to the approval step in the written proposal.

Who writes the content?

Shruti Kaushik, the founder of Wise Mango, writes and edits the work. AI supports drafting; a human editor reads every piece; you approve before publishing from your own account.

Will you post from my account?

No. You publish everything yourself. Wise Mango never asks for your LinkedIn login and never automates posting or engagement.
