Wise Mango is a founder-led LinkedIn ghostwriting studio run from India by Shruti Kaushik, working remotely with founders, executives and specialists in San Francisco, the Bay Area and worldwide. India is twelve and a half to thirteen and a half hours ahead, which is close to opposite; calls fall in your early morning or your evening, and drafts written during the Indian day are ready when you start. Content is interviewed out of you on video, drafted to a written voice guide, edited by a person and approved by you before you publish. Engagements start with two 60-minute discovery calls; pricing and invoicing are arranged on the call.

A studio in India, working with San Francisco

Wise Mango is run from India by its founder, Shruti Kaushik, and works remotely with clients worldwide. There is no San Francisco office and no local team; what you get is the founder herself, on video, writing and editing your content. This page is for founders, executives and specialists in San Francisco who want to know how that works in practice before booking a call.

The Bay Area and India are nearly opposite on the clock, and it would be dishonest to call that convenient. It works because the engagement needs one short call a week and the rest moves by email. There is no San Francisco office; you work directly with the founder, on video.

Time zones and call windows

India runs on IST, UTC+5:30, all year. San Francisco is on PST, UTC-8, in winter and PDT, UTC-7, in summer, so India is thirteen and a half hours ahead in winter and twelve and a half hours ahead in summer.

Two windows are usually offered. Your early morning: 20:30 to 22:30 IST is 07:00 to 09:00 PST in winter and 08:00 to 10:00 PDT in summer. Or your evening: 07:00 to 08:30 IST is 17:30 to 19:00 PST the previous day in winter and 18:30 to 20:00 PDT in summer. Drafts sent at the end of the Indian day are in your inbox by your morning.

Discovery calls are 60 minutes and interviews are short, so one agreed window a week usually covers everything. Drafts and approvals move by email and shared documents, so most of the work does not depend on overlap at all.

What the San Francisco market means for your posts

The Bay Area's LinkedIn audience is technical and founder-heavy: readers have seen every variant of founder content and decide within a line whether a post is written from experience. Investors, engineers, product leaders and enterprise buyers read for signals about judgement, not announcements.

Directness and specificity work, as does admitting what went wrong. Hype is common, which is why checked claims stand out; nothing goes out that you cannot show. Posts are written in American English with the shorter, plainer register the market prefers, and the voice guide records which technical or product detail you are comfortable making public.

How the engagement runs

The process is the same wherever you are. Two 60-minute discovery calls, on video, establish business context, audience and voice and produce a written voice guide. A written proposal sets out deliverables, review rounds, responsibilities, fees and exclusions; pricing is shared on a call, and invoicing is arranged on the call. Each cycle then runs as a short interview followed by drafts. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits, AI supports drafting where it saves time, a human editor reads every piece, and you approve before publishing from your own account. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised.

A free resource whichever route you take: the Klype post checker, built by the same founder, flags unsupported claims, invented stories and machine-writing patterns in any LinkedIn draft, with no sign-up.
