Wise Mango is a founder-led LinkedIn ghostwriting studio run from India by Shruti Kaushik, working remotely with founders, executives and specialists in New York and worldwide. India is nine and a half to ten and a half hours ahead, so calls fall in the New York morning and the Indian evening, and drafts written during the Indian day are waiting when you start yours. Content is interviewed out of you on video, drafted to a written voice guide, edited by a person and approved by you before you publish. Engagements start with two 60-minute discovery calls; pricing and invoicing are arranged on the call.

A studio in India, working with New York

Wise Mango is run from India by its founder, Shruti Kaushik, and works remotely with clients worldwide. There is no New York office and no local team; what you get is the founder herself, on video, writing and editing your content. This page is for founders, executives and specialists in New York who want to know how that works in practice before booking a call.

The time difference with the US East Coast is large. It works because the engagement needs one short call a week and everything else moves by email. There is no New York office; you work directly with the founder, on video, at the start of your day.

Time zones and call windows

India runs on IST, UTC+5:30, all year. New York is on EST, UTC-5, in winter and EDT, UTC-4, in summer, so India is ten and a half hours ahead in winter and nine and a half hours ahead in summer.

Typical call windows are 18:30 to 21:30 IST, which is 08:00 to 11:00 EST in winter and 09:00 to 12:00 EDT in summer. For an early riser, 07:00 to 08:00 IST is 20:30 to 21:30 EST the previous evening, which some clients prefer. Drafts are usually sent at the end of the Indian day and are in your inbox before your morning.

Discovery calls are 60 minutes and interviews are short, so one agreed window a week usually covers everything. Drafts and approvals move by email and shared documents, so most of the work does not depend on overlap at all.

What the New York market means for your posts

New York's LinkedIn audience is direct, commercial and busy. Finance, media, professional services, enterprise software, healthcare and a large startup community are all present, and readers expect a point quickly and a reason to care. Directness works; padding does not. Senior readers are comfortable with strong opinions as long as they are backed by specifics.

American business writing is more tolerant of self-promotion than most markets, which makes the discipline here more important, not less: nothing goes out that you cannot show. The voice guide fixes American spelling and idiom from the start, and compliance sign-off is added for readers in regulated sectors such as financial services.

How the engagement runs

The process is the same wherever you are. Two 60-minute discovery calls, on video, establish business context, audience and voice and produce a written voice guide. A written proposal sets out deliverables, review rounds, responsibilities, fees and exclusions; pricing is shared on a call, and invoicing is arranged on the call. Each cycle then runs as a short interview followed by drafts. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits, AI supports drafting where it saves time, a human editor reads every piece, and you approve before publishing from your own account. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised.

A free resource whichever route you take: the Klype post checker, built by the same founder, flags unsupported claims, invented stories and machine-writing patterns in any LinkedIn draft, with no sign-up.
