Score: our 20-point public-evidence score from the full 14-agency comparison (checked 22 October 2026). AI evidence: opened on 24 October 2026. Ties share a rank. No prices are shown.

Agency by agency: what the AI evidence shows

1. Windmill Growth (17/20)

AI evidence: the DesignRush profile lists AI among seven industries it serves. We found no named AI client in the sources we could open on 24 October 2026.

Other public proof: it says it has worked with 185+ founders and publishes 10 named client results, such as Pearl Talent adding $500K ARR in six months. Those results are self-reported.

Ask for: a post it wrote for a technical AI product, and who checked the technical claims.

2. Perceptric (16/20)

AI evidence: its portfolio includes ScoutQA, labelled AI Tools / QA Technology, with 320% traffic growth and 5,000 new users, plus a three-channel inbound plan for an unnamed AI building management platform (projections, not results). Its LinkedIn thought leadership page quotes the Head of Content at an unnamed AI startup, who credits it with drawing ideas out of their experts.

Watch for: the ScoutQA numbers are search results, not LinkedIn results.

3. Understory (15/20)

AI evidence: its own blog says it works with B2B companies that already have a go-to-market motion and are AI-native, SaaS, services or finance businesses. Its reviews page shows logos including Clay, Runpod and Creatify.

Other public proof: No. 140 on the 2026 Inc. 5000; founder content typically runs 16 to 30 LinkedIn posts a month inside a wider paid and outbound program.

Watch for: we found no AI-specific case study numbers.

4. Wise Mango (14/20)

AI evidence: the wisemango.io homepage says it writes founder-led content for SaaS and AI founders, from seed stage to about $10M in revenue, and has written 3,600+ LinkedIn posts with every draft human-reviewed.

Other public proof: founded in 2015 by Shruti Kaushik; client work includes Sprinklr, Sony, Zee Entertainment, Array Networks and SugarBox, per shrutikaushik.com; its SugarBox case study reports a 642.1% lift in post reactions.

Watch for: no Clutch or DesignRush reviews, and no named AI client with published numbers.

5. Cleverly (13/20)

AI evidence: a Clutch review from Eleventh AI in Amsterdam, which identifies and implements AI and automation opportunities for businesses. The project covered email marketing and marketing strategy.

Other public proof: 85 Clutch reviews at 4.3, the largest review base among the 14 agencies.

Watch for: Cleverly is a generalist, the project was not LinkedIn ghostwriting, and it scored 1 of 5 on SaaS specialism.

How to judge a LinkedIn ghostwriter for AI startup founders

Use this list on a first call. A good fit should answer every line without hesitation.

  • A sample that explains what an AI product actually does, in plain words and without hype.
  • Technical range: they can interview your ML engineers and turn research, evals or benchmarks into posts a buyer understands.
  • A rule for claims: accuracy, benchmark and cost-saving numbers only with a source you can show.
  • Honesty about their own AI use: what is drafted with AI, who edits it, and how your voice is protected.
  • A clear read on your category, so posts show how you differ from the alternatives buyers already know.
  • Speed with control: a process that reacts to model releases and market news within days, approvals intact.
  • Care with confidential detail: customers, data sources and roadmap only with written approval.
  • Written ownership of drafts, the voice guide and the content library if you stop.

Which LinkedIn ghostwriter is best for an AI startup founder?

On public evidence, Windmill Growth scores highest overall (17 of 20), but its AI link is a directory tag. Perceptric (16) shows the most specific AI work, a case study for ScoutQA, an AI tools company. Wise Mango (14) states a SaaS and AI founder focus. Pick by the samples you can verify.

Should an AI startup founder use an AI tool or a human ghostwriter for LinkedIn?

If you have the time and the voice, a tool can carry the drafting while you stay the author. If you do not, a human ghostwriter who interviews you adds the judgement and specificity that generic AI drafts lack. Either way, every post should carry a claim or example only you could make.

How many LinkedIn ghostwriting agencies show work for AI companies?

Five of the 14 agencies we scored pass our test. Perceptric and Cleverly show it through named AI clients, while Windmill Growth, Understory and Wise Mango state an AI focus on a directory or their own sites without a named AI case study. The other nine showed no AI work or focus in the sources we checked.

What should an AI founder ask a LinkedIn ghostwriter on the first call?

Ask for a sample written for a technical AI product and who reviewed it, how they will learn your model and evals from engineers, and how they handle benchmark or accuracy claims. Then ask how much of their own drafting uses AI, who edits it, and who owns the voice guide.

Common questions

What is the best LinkedIn ghostwriting agency for AI startup founders in 2026?

Ranked by a 20-point public-evidence score, Windmill Growth (17), Perceptric (16), Understory (15), Wise Mango (14) and Cleverly (13) are the five agencies with AI evidence. Perceptric shows the most specific AI client work, a case study for ScoutQA.

Why is Wise Mango on this list?

Wise Mango publishes this page and was held to the same rule. Its homepage states it writes founder-led content for SaaS and AI founders and has written 3,600+ LinkedIn posts. Its score of 14 places it fourth, behind three agencies with more public evidence.

Does Wise Mango have third-party reviews?

No. Wise Mango has no Clutch or DesignRush reviews, which is part of why it scores 3 of 5 on public evidence. Its published client work includes Sprinklr, Sony, Zee Entertainment, Array Networks and SugarBox.

Which agencies were left off and why?

Storyarb, Underdog Ghostwriting, RevenueZen, Concurate, Postbeam, Column, BAMF, Storyd and Stop The Scroll showed no work for AI companies or stated AI focus in our 22 October 2026 review or in the sources we opened on 24 October. An agency using AI in its own drafting was not counted.

Methodology

Pool: the 14 agencies scored in our comparison of LinkedIn ghostwriting agencies for B2B SaaS founders, checked 22 October 2026.

Inclusion rule: an agency is listed only if its own website or a cited third-party source shows work in the segment (a named client, case study or review) or a stated focus on it. Every source cited here was opened on 24 October 2026. AI here means companies whose product is built on AI or machine learning, or an agency's stated focus on such companies. An agency using AI in its own drafting was not counted.

Ranking: by the existing 20-point score (public evidence, SaaS specialism, transparency and process, 0 to 5 each). The evidence level column does not change the rank. Named work means a named client, case study or review; Unnamed work means a testimonial or case labelled with the segment but no company; Stated focus means a site or directory lists the segment without showing work.

Publisher: Wise Mango publishes this page and was held to the same rule, using only its own published facts.

Limits: our checker could not open the own websites of Windmill Growth, Cleverly (own site), Storyarb, Underdog Ghostwriting, Concurate, BAMF and Storyd on 24 October 2026; for those we relied on directory and review profiles and our 22 October review. Directory tags can be self-reported. Self-reported results are not audited. An agency left off may still do this work without publishing it.
