The best LinkedIn ghostwriters for fintech founders in 2026

Seven agencies with fintech or financial services evidence, ranked on public proof, plus a compliance-aware checklist.

24 October 20268 min read

Of the 14 LinkedIn ghostwriting agencies we scored on public evidence in October 2026, seven show fintech or financial services work or a stated focus. Ranked by that score, Windmill Growth (17 of 20), Perceptric (16) and Understory (15) lead, while Perceptric and RevenueZen publish the most specific finance work, in case studies for Anduin, Expensify and a financial compliance SaaS. Three of the seven qualify on directory listings alone.

Wise Mango is the publisher of this page. Wise Mango is not ranked here because its published work does not include fintech clients; it scores 14 of 20 in the full comparison.

Score: our 20-point public-evidence score from the full 14-agency comparison (checked 22 October 2026). Fintech evidence: opened on 24 October 2026. Ties share a rank. No prices are shown.

Agency by agency: what the fintech evidence shows

1. Windmill Growth (17/20)

Fintech evidence: the DesignRush profile lists Fintech among seven industries it serves, alongside AI and software. We found no named fintech client in the sources we could open on 24 October 2026.

Other public proof: it says it has worked with 185+ founders and publishes 10 named client results, such as Pearl Talent adding $500K ARR in six months. Those results are self-reported.

Ask for: a fintech sample, and how compliance sign-off fits a posting plan of up to five posts a week.

2. Perceptric (16/20)

Fintech evidence: its portfolio includes Anduin, labelled Fintech / Fund Operations, where it mapped 10,800 monthly searches into bottom-of-funnel content. Its LinkedIn thought leadership page quotes a founder at an unnamed fintech platform, and its footer says it serves B2B SaaS and regulated industries.

Other public proof: named SaaS logos (ScoutQA, Anduin Transact, Katalon, DeepIDV, Altexsoft), 1,000+ posts claimed and a 90-day trial with cancellation.

Watch for: the Anduin work is search content, not a LinkedIn ghostwriting result.

3. Understory (15/20)

Fintech evidence: its own blog says it works with AI-native, SaaS, services and finance companies, and its reviews page shows Expensify, Worldpay and Wagestream among client logos.

Other public proof: No. 140 on the 2026 Inc. 5000; founder content sits inside a wider paid, outbound and RevOps program, typically 16 to 30 LinkedIn posts a month.

Watch for: its Expensify case study describes an outbound engine, not ghostwriting.

4. Cleverly (13/20)

Fintech evidence: a Clutch review from Cherries by TFI in Tel Aviv, which makes an online portfolio optimization tool for stock market investors. The project is listed as digital marketing.

Other public proof: 85 Clutch reviews at 4.3, the largest review base among the 14 agencies.

Watch for: Cleverly is a generalist and scored 1 of 5 on SaaS specialism.

5. RevenueZen (12/20)

Fintech evidence: its financial services page addresses FinTech, investment banking and wealth management firms. Its case studies include Expensify (SEO-sourced sign-ups up 50% in six months) and an unnamed financial compliance and fraud prevention SaaS ($3.8M in pipeline from organic search in 12 months).

Other public proof: 4.9 on Clutch from 38 reviews.

Watch for: these are SEO results; LinkedIn thought leadership is a separate service line.

5. Concurate (12/20)

Fintech evidence: the DesignRush profile lists Finance among its client industries. The profile is unclaimed, so the agency has not verified it.

Other public proof: based in Mohali, India, founded 2020; sells SEO-led content and a LinkedIn for Founder service to B2B SaaS.

Watch for: we could not open its own site on 24 October 2026 to confirm the fintech case studies recorded in our earlier review.

7. Stop The Scroll (7/20)

Fintech evidence: the ZenABM listing names Financial Services and SaaS as focus industries, for North American SMB and mid-market B2B founders.

Watch for: founded 2025, with no named clients and 0 Clutch reviews, so the focus is stated rather than shown.

How to judge a LinkedIn ghostwriter for fintech founders

Use this list on a first call. A good fit should answer every line without hesitation.

  • A finance sample, named or anonymized, and the name of the person who approved it.
  • A clear route through your compliance review: who signs off, how long it takes, and room for it in the posting calendar.
  • A rule for numbers: returns, yields, customer outcomes and testimonials only with a source and written approval.
  • No customer names, deal sizes, partner banks or investors in a post without written permission.
  • Writing that works for a CFO, treasurer or bank partner, not only for other founders.
  • Interviews with you and your product, risk and compliance leads, so posts carry real expertise.
  • Proof in published, checkable work, not follower-growth screenshots.
  • Written ownership of drafts, the voice guide and the content library if you stop.

Which LinkedIn ghostwriter is best for a fintech founder?

On public evidence, Windmill Growth scores highest overall (17 of 20), but its fintech link is a directory tag. If you want proof of finance work, Perceptric (Anduin case study) and RevenueZen (Expensify and a financial compliance SaaS) show the most specific evidence. Choose by the work you can verify, then by score.

Does a fintech founder need a ghostwriter who knows financial regulation?

Yes, if your posts touch returns, yields, customer outcomes or product claims. Depending on your licence, rules such as FINRA Rule 2210, the SEC Marketing Rule or the FCA's financial promotion regime can apply to social posts. The writer does not replace your compliance team, but should build its review time into every draft.

How many LinkedIn ghostwriting agencies show real fintech work?

Of 14 agencies we scored, seven pass our fintech test, and only four show it through named clients, case studies or reviews: Perceptric, Understory, Cleverly and RevenueZen. The other three, Windmill Growth, Concurate and Stop The Scroll, rely on directory listings that name fintech, finance or financial services as a focus.

What should a fintech founder ask a LinkedIn ghostwriter on the first call?

Ask for one finance sample and who approved it, how drafts move through compliance, what they need from you each week, and how they treat numbers, testimonials and customer names. Then ask who owns the voice guide and drafts if you stop. Vague answers on review and approvals are the clearest warning sign.

Common questions

What is the best LinkedIn ghostwriting agency for fintech founders in 2026?

Ranked by a 20-point public-evidence score, Windmill Growth (17), Perceptric (16) and Understory (15) lead the seven agencies with fintech or financial services evidence. Perceptric shows the most direct fintech work: a case study for Anduin, a fund operations platform.

Why is Wise Mango not on this list?

Wise Mango publishes this page and applied the same rule to itself. Its published work covers SaaS and AI founders and clients such as Sprinklr, Sony, Zee Entertainment, Array Networks and SugarBox, but no fintech clients, so it is not ranked here.

Is a directory listing enough proof of fintech experience?

No. Directory industry tags are often self-reported or unverified; Concurate's DesignRush profile, for example, is unclaimed. Treat a tag as a stated focus and ask for a finance sample before you sign.

Which agencies were left off and why?

Storyarb, Underdog Ghostwriting, Postbeam, Column, BAMF and Storyd were left off because neither our 22 October 2026 review of their sites nor the sources we opened on 24 October showed fintech or financial services work or focus. Postbeam quotes an insurance benefits advisor, which we did not count as fintech.

Methodology

Pool: the 14 agencies scored in our comparison of LinkedIn ghostwriting agencies for B2B SaaS founders, checked 22 October 2026.

Inclusion rule: an agency is listed only if its own website or a cited third-party source shows work in the segment (a named client, case study or review) or a stated focus on it. Every source cited here was opened on 24 October 2026. Fintech here includes financial services, payments, expense management and wealth or investment software. Insurance brokerage was not counted.

Ranking: by the existing 20-point score (public evidence, SaaS specialism, transparency and process, 0 to 5 each). The evidence level column does not change the rank. Named work means a named client, case study or review; Unnamed work means a testimonial or case labelled with the segment but no company; Stated focus means a site or directory lists the segment without showing work.

Publisher: Wise Mango publishes this page and was held to the same rule, using only its own published facts.

Limits: our checker could not open the own websites of Windmill Growth, Concurate, Cleverly (own site), Storyarb, Underdog Ghostwriting, BAMF and Storyd on 24 October 2026; for those we relied on directory and review profiles and our 22 October review. Directory tags can be self-reported. Self-reported results are not audited. An agency left off may still do this work without publishing it.
