Wise Mango writes LinkedIn content for SaaS CEOs who want their profile to do sales and hiring work without turning into a feed of launch announcements. Shruti Kaushik interviews you on the product, pricing and go-to-market decisions behind the company, drafts to a written voice guide, edits every piece and sends it to you for an accuracy check before you publish. Two 60-minute discovery calls start the engagement; pricing is shared on a call.
What LinkedIn has to do for SaaS CEOs
In SaaS the CEO profile is usually the most-read page the company has, more than the pricing page and far more than the blog. Prospects read it to decide whether the company understands their problem. Candidates read it to decide whether the company is going somewhere. Partners and analysts read it to work out the category you think you are in.
The content has to carry a point of view on the category, show how the product thinking is done, and explain decisions that buyers are themselves trying to make: pricing models, build versus buy, which integrations matter. Feature announcements belong on the company page. The CEO profile is for judgement.
What changes in the process
Interviews with SaaS CEOs are organised around the decisions a buyer in your category is weighing. Each cycle takes one: a pricing change, a feature you declined to build, a churn pattern and what it taught you, how onboarding changed. The post then carries your reasoning rather than your roadmap.
Proof comes from specific product decisions and specific customer problems, not from ARR or growth multiples. If you want to share a figure, it has to be one you can show. The voice guide also records the terms your buyers use for their own problems, so posts speak in their vocabulary rather than your product's. Where a post has a sales purpose, it is written to attract a reply, not to close.
Three sample topic angles
- A feature we said no to. Who asked, why it was tempting, and the rule that decided it.
- What our churn taught us. One pattern you found in exits and what changed in onboarding or pricing.
- How we priced the product, twice. The first model, what it got wrong, and what the current model assumes about buyers.
These are starting points, not a content calendar. The real list comes out of the interviews, and nothing is published that you cannot stand behind.
How the engagement runs
- Two discovery calls, 60 minutes each. Business context, who you need to reach, the point of view you should be known for, and how you sound when you talk about your work. These produce a written voice guide.
- A written proposal. Deliverables, review rounds, responsibilities, fees and exclusions, in writing before you commit. Pricing is shared on a call, not on this page.
- Interviews, then drafts. Each cycle opens with a short conversation and closes with drafts matched to the voice guide. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits; AI supports the drafting where it saves time; a human editor reads every piece.
- Your approval. You check every fact and approve every piece before it is published. You publish from your own account. Wise Mango never asks for your LinkedIn login.
Wise Mango works remotely with clients worldwide. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised; progress is reviewed against measures agreed with you.
A free resource whichever route you take: the Klype post checker, built by the same founder, flags unsupported claims, invented stories and machine-writing patterns in any LinkedIn draft, with no sign-up.

Common questions
Will the posts just promote the product?
No. The profile is for judgement: decisions, trade-offs and buyer problems. Product announcements are better placed on the company page, and the voice guide keeps the two apart.
Can you write for my co-founders too?
Each person needs their own discovery calls and voice guide, because they sound different and carry different parts of the story. Scope for more than one voice is set in the written proposal.
Do you need access to our product or metrics?
Access to the product helps the interviews. Metrics are only used where you can show them and want them public. Wise Mango never publishes figures you have not approved.
Who writes and who edits?
Shruti Kaushik writes and edits the work. AI supports drafting where it saves time; a human editor reads every piece; you approve before publishing from your own account.
