Founder-led, done-for-you LinkedIn content for Toronto founders and executives, with calls in your morning.

Updated 9 October 20264 min read

Wise Mango is a founder-led LinkedIn ghostwriting studio run from India by Shruti Kaushik, working remotely with founders, executives and specialists in Toronto and worldwide. India is nine and a half to ten and a half hours ahead, so calls fall in the Toronto morning and the Indian evening, and drafts written during the Indian day are ready when you start. Content is interviewed out of you on video, drafted to a written voice guide, edited by a person and approved by you before you publish. Engagements start with two 60-minute discovery calls; pricing and invoicing are arranged on the call.

A studio in India, working with Toronto

Wise Mango is run from India by its founder, Shruti Kaushik, and works remotely with clients worldwide. There is no Toronto office and no local team; what you get is the founder herself, on video, writing and editing your content. This page is for founders, executives and specialists in Toronto who want to know how that works in practice before booking a call.

Toronto has deep ties to India and a large community of founders and executives with family or business on both sides, which makes the working relationship familiar. The time difference is still large, and it works because the engagement needs one short call a week with the rest moving by email. There is no Toronto office; you work directly with the founder, on video.

Time zones and call windows

India runs on IST, UTC+5:30, all year. Toronto is on EST, UTC-5, in winter and EDT, UTC-4, in summer, so India is ten and a half hours ahead in winter and nine and a half hours ahead in summer.

Typical call windows are 18:30 to 21:30 IST, which is 08:00 to 11:00 EST in winter and 09:00 to 12:00 EDT in summer. For an early riser, 07:00 to 08:00 IST is 20:30 to 21:30 EST the previous evening. Drafts sent at the end of the Indian day are in your inbox before your morning.

Discovery calls are 60 minutes and interviews are short, so one agreed window a week usually covers everything. Drafts and approvals move by email and shared documents, so most of the work does not depend on overlap at all.

What the Toronto market means for your posts

Toronto's LinkedIn audience is senior, polite and more understated than its American neighbours. Financial services, fintech, enterprise software, healthcare, professional services and a strong startup community are all represented, and many readers sell into the United States while operating from Canada, so posts often need to read well on both sides of the border.

The tone that works is confident without being loud; readers notice overclaiming and tend to trust the writer who shows their reasoning. Canadian spelling and idiom are fixed in the voice guide. Regulated sectors, especially financial services, carry formal rules on public communications, and compliance sign-off is added to the approval step where required.

How the engagement runs

The process is the same wherever you are. Two 60-minute discovery calls, on video, establish business context, audience and voice and produce a written voice guide. A written proposal sets out deliverables, review rounds, responsibilities, fees and exclusions; pricing is shared on a call, and invoicing is arranged on the call. Each cycle then runs as a short interview followed by drafts. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits, AI supports drafting where it saves time, a human editor reads every piece, and you approve before publishing from your own account. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised.

A free resource whichever route you take: the Klype post checker, built by the same founder, flags unsupported claims, invented stories and machine-writing patterns in any LinkedIn draft, with no sign-up.
