LinkedIn ghostwriting in Vancouver

Remote LinkedIn ghostwriting for Vancouver founders in SaaS, clean technology, life sciences and games.

Updated 5 November 20264 min read

Wise Mango is a founder-led LinkedIn ghostwriting studio run from India by Shruti Kaushik. It has no office, staff or local presence in Vancouver and works with founders there remotely, on video and by email. It is written for Vancouver founders in SaaS, clean technology, life sciences and games technology who sell across Canada and the US. Content is interviewed out of you, drafted to a written voice guide, edited by a person and approved by you before you publish. Engagements start with two 60-minute discovery calls; pricing is shared on a call.

A studio in India, working with Vancouver

Vancouver is on the Pacific coast, twelve and a half to thirteen and a half hours behind India, which is nearly the opposite side of the clock. Calls fit the early Vancouver morning, which is the Indian evening, and drafts written in the Indian day wait for you at the start of yours. There is no Vancouver office.

Time zones and call windows

Vancouver is on Pacific Standard Time (UTC-8) under standard time and Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7) under daylight saving. India is 13 hours 30 minutes ahead under standard time, when calls fit 07:00 to 08:30 local (20:30 to 22:00 India time) and 19:00 to 20:00 local (08:30 to 09:30 India time). Under daylight saving India is 12 hours 30 minutes ahead, and calls fit 07:00 to 09:30 local (19:30 to 22:00 India time).

The window is narrow in both directions: early Vancouver mornings and a short slot at the end of the Vancouver afternoon. The weekly call is therefore usually in the early morning, and the rest of the work runs by email.

The local B2B scene

Vancouver is home to software companies such as Hootsuite and Visier, with legal technology firm Clio in nearby Burnaby, as well as clean technology, life sciences and a large games and visual effects industry. Founders there often sell to the US West Coast and to Toronto as much as to local buyers.

What founders post about

Vancouver founders tend to write about building SaaS in Canada for US customers, hiring in a competitive technology market, clean technology commercialisation and lessons from selling to the US West Coast. Posts that make a cross-border sale concrete tend to land.

Language on LinkedIn

English and French are Canada's federal official languages, and English dominates in British Columbia. Vancouver is also strongly multilingual. Canadian English mixes British and American spelling (colour, but also realize), which the voice guide settles at the start. Wise Mango writes in English only.

What local buyers expect

Canadian buyers tend to be polite, collaborative and wary of hard selling. US buyers on the other side of the border expect more energy and specifics. A good Vancouver post is friendly in tone, exact in claims and clear about what it asks of the reader.

How the engagement runs

Because the call window is early, Vancouver clients usually fix one weekly slot before their working day begins. Drafts are timed to land the evening before, so you can read them with a coffee and reply before your first meeting.

The process is the same wherever you are. Two 60-minute discovery calls, on video, establish business context, audience and voice and produce a written voice guide. A written proposal sets out deliverables, review rounds and responsibilities; pricing is shared on a call. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits, AI supports drafting where it saves time, a human editor reads every piece, and you approve before publishing from your own account. Drafts are written in English. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised.
