LinkedIn ghostwriting in the United Kingdom

Remote LinkedIn ghostwriting for founders across the UK, from London to Edinburgh, Manchester and Cambridge.

Updated 5 November 20264 min read

Wise Mango is a founder-led LinkedIn ghostwriting studio run from India by Shruti Kaushik. It has no office, staff or local presence in the United Kingdom and works with founders there remotely, on video and by email. It is written for founders across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, where one time zone and one spelling convention make a remote engagement simple. Content is interviewed out of you, drafted to a written voice guide, edited by a person and approved by you before you publish. Engagements start with two 60-minute discovery calls; pricing is shared on a call.

A studio in India, working with the United Kingdom

The whole United Kingdom shares one clock, so there is one answer to the question of overlap. Shruti interviews you on video in the UK morning or afternoon and sends drafts for the next morning. The studio has no UK office and no UK entity of its own.

Time zones and call windows

The United Kingdom is on Greenwich Mean Time (UTC+0) under standard time and British Summer Time (UTC+1) under daylight saving. India is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead under standard time, when calls fit 08:30 to 16:30 local (14:00 to 22:00 India time). Under daylight saving India is 4 hours 30 minutes ahead, and calls fit 08:30 to 17:30 local (13:00 to 22:00 India time).

The UK clock moves with the seasons, but India's does not, so the gap changes twice a year. Calls booked for a fixed UK time therefore move by one hour in India time when the clocks change, and the plan notes the two dates.

The local B2B scene

Outside London, the UK's B2B scene is spread across Edinburgh in fintech, Manchester in digital and media, Cambridge in deep tech and life sciences, Bristol in engineering and Belfast in cyber security and financial software. Each has its own regional audience on LinkedIn and its own habits of tone.

What founders post about

UK founders tend to write about selling to enterprise and public-sector buyers, the cost of hiring, regulated fintech, deep-tech commercialisation from universities and exporting to the US. Posts that avoid grand claims and show a specific decision generally do best.

Language on LinkedIn

English is the main language of the United Kingdom, with British spelling (organise, colour). Welsh has official status in Wales, and Scottish Gaelic has recognised status in Scotland, but B2B LinkedIn posting is overwhelmingly in English. Wise Mango writes in English only.

What local buyers expect

UK buyers are sceptical of hype, and understatement is the usual register. In regulated sectors such as financial services, law and health, the Financial Conduct Authority and other bodies set rules on what can be said publicly, so a compliance reader often reviews posts. British readers also respond well to dry humour.

How the engagement runs

For regulated UK founders, a compliance reader can be added to the approval path. Shruti drafts, you approve, and your reviewer signs off on sensitive posts before they are published. That adds a day and is agreed in the proposal.

The process is the same wherever you are. Two 60-minute discovery calls, on video, establish business context, audience and voice and produce a written voice guide. A written proposal sets out deliverables, review rounds and responsibilities; pricing is shared on a call. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits, AI supports drafting where it saves time, a human editor reads every piece, and you approve before publishing from your own account. Drafts are written in English. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised.
