Wise Mango is a founder-led LinkedIn ghostwriting studio run from India by Shruti Kaushik, working remotely with founders, executives and specialists in Dubai, the wider UAE and worldwide. India is an hour and a half ahead of Dubai, so the working days overlap almost entirely. Content is interviewed out of you on video, drafted to a written voice guide, edited by a person and approved by you before you publish. Engagements start with two 60-minute discovery calls; pricing and invoicing are arranged on the call.
A studio in India, working with Dubai
Wise Mango is run from India by its founder, Shruti Kaushik, and works remotely with clients worldwide. There is no Dubai office and no local team; what you get is the founder herself, on video, writing and editing your content. This page is for founders, executives and specialists in Dubai who want to know how that works in practice before booking a call.
Dubai and India are close in time, in flight hours and in business ties, and a large share of the Dubai business community has worked with Indian partners before. Wise Mango has no Dubai office; you work directly with the founder, on video and by email, in a window that suits a Dubai working day.
Time zones and call windows
India runs on IST, UTC+5:30, all year. Dubai is on GST, UTC+4, so India is one and a half hours ahead of Dubai all year.
Typical call windows are 11:00 to 18:00 IST, which is 09:30 to 16:30 GST. Note that the UAE working week runs Monday to Friday with Friday afternoons often shortened, and that pace changes during Ramadan; call windows are adjusted for both.
Discovery calls are 60 minutes and interviews are short, so one agreed window a week usually covers everything. Drafts and approvals move by email and shared documents, so most of the work does not depend on overlap at all.
What the Dubai market means for your posts
Dubai's LinkedIn audience is international and commercial. Readers are often founders and executives running businesses that span the Gulf, South Asia, Africa and Europe, with strong representation from trade, logistics, real estate, finance, hospitality and a growing technology sector. Relationships and reputation matter a great deal, and a profile is read as a reference check.
The tone that works is confident and respectful, with visible substance. Posts that show how you do business across markets, how you handle partners and how you think about growth in the region read well; posts that criticise named companies, institutions or public bodies do not, and the voice guide keeps the content inside local norms. Many readers sell to or buy from India, which an Indian writer can speak to directly.
How the engagement runs
The process is the same wherever you are. Two 60-minute discovery calls, on video, establish business context, audience and voice and produce a written voice guide. A written proposal sets out deliverables, review rounds, responsibilities, fees and exclusions; pricing is shared on a call, and invoicing is arranged on the call. Each cycle then runs as a short interview followed by drafts. Shruti Kaushik writes and edits, AI supports drafting where it saves time, a human editor reads every piece, and you approve before publishing from your own account. No reach, lead or revenue outcome is promised.
A free resource whichever route you take: the Klype post checker, built by the same founder, flags unsupported claims, invented stories and machine-writing patterns in any LinkedIn draft, with no sign-up.
